Shun moderation – live, eat and drink ideas – nothing succeeds likeexcess.Live the philosophy – nothing but the best is good enough.Zig when others zag.Ensure progress, not process.Learn our nuances.  Guard themjealously.Share the dream.Be courageous.  Fortune favoursthe bold.Use the agency’s work to make the agency famous.Win awards, keep winning, be the best.Bring our Vision to life, make it thecornerstone of everything you say and do. 

3)    One Team, One Dream

Employ the best people, don’t settle for second best.Develop your people.Inspire your people to keep exceeding their personal and organisationalbest.Get everyone involved, no one is unimportant.Bomb the hierarchy – organise, group and regroup constantly around thechanging issues, problems and opportunities.Remember good manners, treat everyone with respect, always.Think, talk and act as a team. ‘We’ not ‘me’.Be accessible to your people.Hire interesting, passionate people.Recognise others’ achievements, be generouswith your praise.
