A cold local EFES beer to start, with local, freshly made Turkish bread. Pure andsimple. We met anAussie Food writer for Gourmet magazine at Amanruya that evening, andrecommended Gonca Balik to her – it’s a place for locals and is Secretly Famous(locally!).
