中国知名光伏组件制造商 Astronergy 近日在 RE+ 2025 展会上展出了面向美国市场的新一代光伏组件系列,涵盖了 n 型和 p 型电池技术。其 n 型 TOPCon 组件,如 ASTRO N5 系列的 CHSM72N(DG)/F-BH 型号,采用 144 块 M10 尺寸的半切电池,功率可达 605W,效率高达 23.4%,并集成了公司自研的 TOPCon 电池技术,通过激光诱导烧结 (LIF) 和优化的金属浆料成分,以及 POML 技术提升了电池效率。此外,ASTRO N7 系列的 CHSM66RN(DG)/F-BH 型号则采用了无母线 (ZBB) 布局和半切电池边缘钝化技术,功率可达 630W。p 型 PERC 组件 ASTRO 5 系列的 CHSM72M(DG)/F-BH 型号也进行了展示,该组件在美国组装,适用于商业、工业和公用事业项目。所有展示的组件均提供 15 年产品保修和 30 年性能保修。

Well-known Chinese PV cell and module manufacturer Astronergy recently pitched its lineup of modules for the US market, featuring both n-type and p-type cell technologies, at RE+ 2025. 

n-Type Modules 

An early adopter of n-type TOPCon cell technology, the company showcased a bifacial glass-to-glass PV module from its ASTRO N5 series. The CHSM72N(DG)/F-BH model, on display, equipped with 144 M10 half-cut cells, boasts a power output of up to 605 W and an efficiency of up to 23.4%. It uses the company’s self-developed TOPCon cell technology. The latest iteration of this technology incorporates front-side laser-induced firing (LIF) and optimized metal paste composition, along with POML technology. In the LIF process, employing a laser to diffuse the optimized silver metallization paste into silicon forms an ohmic contact between the ribbon and wafer, decoupling the potential metal contact recombination and contact resistivity. This process achieves a balance between front-side contact resistivity and contact recombination. Meanwhile, the POML technology, which deposits a multi-layer n+ doped poly-Si layer on top of an ultra-thin tunneling oxide layer, improves rear-side passivation and reduces parasitic absorption. The company states that combining these features contributes to a jump in mass-scale cell efficiency. (see Crafting A Masterpiece: The Progress Of Astronergy’s TOPCon Products). However, Astronergy didn’t quantify the improvement in efficiency. 

Also on display was the company’s dual-glass bifacial module CHSM66RN(DG)/F-BH from the ASTRO N7 series. It incorporates its in-house TOPCon cell, featuring technologies that introduce the migration to busbarless (ZBB) metallization layout from super multi busbar (SMBB) and half-cut cell edge passivation technology. The latter, which passivates along the cut edges of half-cut cells, mitigates potential losses due to defects that might act as a carrier recombination center and reduce cell efficiency. This module, featuring 132 M12R half-cut cells, delivers up to 630 W and a maximum efficiency of 23.3%. 

Laminated with 2 mm front and rear glass, the former module has dimensions of 2,278 × 1,134 × 30 mm, while the latter is sized at 2,382 × 1,134 × 30 mm. However, they weigh about the same at 31 kg, and find application in utility, commercial & industrial, and distributed generation (DG).  

p-Type Module 

The company also showcased its latest PERC module – CHSM72M(DG)/F-BH from the ASTRO 5 series. This ‘assembled in the USA’ bifacial module, consisting of 144 M10-size half-cut cells, is tailored for the US’s C&I and utility applications. However, the company didn’t specify the percentage of domestic content for these modules and whether they are eligible for tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).  

The company offers a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty on all the products displayed at the show.
