APsystems展示最新光伏逆变器及智能能源管理系统

APsystems在SNEC 2025上展示了其最新的模块级电力电子解决方案,包括Quad QS2单相微逆变器、AHS-6.3太阳能电池混合控制器以及AI驱动的数字化工具。Quad QS2微逆变器采用多通道设计,支持多达4个MPPT通道,每个通道可连接单个光伏模块,输出功率高达2.2 kW,适用于至少550 W容量的光伏模块。该逆变器在部分或局部阴影条件下仍能提供模块级优化输出,并通过限制单个模块的DC输出电压在60 V以下来降低高压风险。此外,其与DS3和QS1等其他单相微逆变器的兼容性提高了系统设计的灵活性。AHS-6.3太阳能电池混合控制器支持离网或备用模式,适用于住宅和电信应用,支持12 V、24 V和48 V不同电压等级的铅酸或锂电池,可提供高达6.3 kVA的单相输出。在离网模式下,当电网故障或关闭时,该控制器可在5 ms内切换到UPS模式,为紧急连接的负载提供备用电源。APsystems还推出了结合AI的智能数字能源管理系统,该系统利用历史能源生成数据、消耗数据和当地能源价格,通过BESS AI模型制定充电或放电计划,实现不同储能系统的智能和高效能源使用。此外,基于AI架构的APbot可改善客户互动,而AP Designer光伏设计工具则集成了AI算法,提供图像识别、实时模拟和3D建模功能。

During the show, it promoted its latest microinverter, solar battery hybrid controller, and advancement in artificial intelligence (AI) enabled digitalization.  

Product Description 

Focusing on distributed generation (DG) scale PV applications, the company displayed its new Quad QS2 single-phase microinverter. It is a multi-channel product, featuring 4 MPPT channels in contrast to standard microinverters that connect with individual PV modules. Each channel supports a single PV module. This inverter is rated for an output power of up to 2.2 kW, indicating its compatibility with PV modules, each with a capacity of at least 550 W.   The company emphasized that, regardless of partial or localized shading conditions, it can deliver module-level optimized output compared to a standard string-level counterpart. In terms of safety, it can restrict individual module's operational DC output voltage to below 60 V, mitigating any potential risk stemming from high voltages. In addition, its compatibility with other commercially available single-phase microinverters, such as DS3 and QS1, makes the system design flexible, says the company. For wireless communication between multiple QS2 models, it uses ZigBee communication protocol.  

Beyond module-level microinverters, the company introduced its latest AHS-6.3 series Solar Battery Hybrid Controller. Designed to operate in off-grid or backup mode for both home and telecom applications, it supports lead acid or lithium-based batteries in 3 different voltage classes – 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V. Equipped with MPPT channels, it can deliver up to 6.3 kVA single-phase output. However, the company did not mention the number of integrated MPPT channels of the displayed product. While it operates in off-grid mode, during grid failure or shutdown, it switches to UPS mode in under 5 ms and provides backup power to emergency-connected loads. 

Digital Tools 

Apart from new product launches, APsystems promoted its new smart digital energy management system, which is blended with AI. Empowered with historical energy generation data and consumption along with local energy prices, its BESS AI model enables charging or discharging schedules for balcony and residential storage systems. The company stated that this system enables smart and efficient energy use of different storage systems. 

Furthermore, the latest APbot, built on an AI architecture, can improve customer interaction compared to its predecessor, says the company. Alongside the above-mentioned smart digital products, the AP Designer, a tool for PV design, is embedded with AI algorithms. This tool now offers image recognition, real-time simulation, and 3D modeling, according to the company.
