JA Solar, a trusted partner in global green energy, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Advance Prime Power Corporation (AP Power), a prominent renewable energy developer in the Philippines. The signing ceremony took place at JA Solar’s Beijing headquarters, marking a significant milestone in the two companies’ collaboration to advance solar energy deployment across Southeast Asia.
Building on a successful supply agreement earlier this year, the new memorandum of understanding outlines a two-year partnership aimed at scaling solar PV projects and advancing clean energy adoption across the Philippines and neighboring markets. The agreement reflects both parties’ shared commitment to accelerating the region’s energy transition.
Senior representatives from both companies attended the ceremony, underscoring a partnership that combines JA Solar’s global R&D and manufacturing strengths with AP Power’s local expertise and development experience.
