Since 2014, Chinese PV companies have made breakthroughs in TOPCon, heterojunction (HJT), back contact (BC), and perovskite technologies, setting over 56 world efficiency records. Huasun Energy, a leader in HJT, has built a fully integrated supply chain from ingot to solar module with a 20 GW annual capacity and the first to exceed 10 GW in HJT production.

Jimmy Xu, Chairman and CEO of Huasun, highlighted that the company’s HJT cells average 26.2% efficiency, with modules reaching 768.9 W and 24.75% efficiency. In mass production, Huasun has achieved large-scale commercial delivery of 730 W modules at 23.5% efficiency, maintaining the global top spot of non-BC sector on TaiyangNews Top Solar Modules Listing for 23 consecutive months.
